The PDF files shown above can be downloaded and used as permit applications for Residential and Commercial construction. 

Building Permit fees are based on the floor area for residential units. If you are in need of a building permit fee estimate please contact the Williams Township Building Department at 989 662-2675.

Commercial Building Permit Fees are based on the cost of the project and will be determined when the permit application is received. A bid sheet for the project is required before a permit can be issued.
