The fees shown on these forms are subject to change without notice. Please print new forms at the time you apply for a new permit.

Building Permit fees are based on the floor area for residential units. If you are in need of a building permit fee estimate please contact the Williams Township Building Department at 989 662-2675.

New Commercial Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Permit Fees are based on the bid price of the project and will be determined when the permit application is received. 

Fees for Residential Roof Mounted Solar Panel Installations are a flat fee of $260.00. This fee includes both the Building and Electrical Permits. All Solar Panel Installations require Stamped Engineered Drawings for structure load calculations and electrical wiring and equipment installation.
